1. Introduction
This Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies to paid consultations, advisory sessions, coaching sessions, workshops, training sessions, and related professional services booked through johnadeghe.com or arranged directly with Dr. John Adeghe.
2. Consultation Payments
Payment may be required before a consultation, advisory session, coaching session, workshop, or training service is confirmed. A booking is only confirmed when payment has been received and the appointment has been scheduled.
3. Client Cancellation
If you need to cancel a paid consultation, you must notify us by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be refundable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be treated as a completed session and may not be refundable.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation by contacting contact@johnadeghe.com. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a suitable alternative date cannot be agreed, a refund may be considered where applicable.
5. Provider Cancellation
If Dr. John Adeghe is unable to attend a confirmed session due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, the client may receive a refund for the affected session.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
7. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Where digital products, downloadable materials, templates, reports, recordings, or online resources are provided, these may be non-refundable once access has been granted or the material has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
8. Custom Advisory Work and Project-Based Services
Fees paid for custom advisory work, project-based consulting, reports, strategy documents, reviews, or other bespoke professional services may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. No Guarantee of Specific Outcome
Consultations and advisory services are provided for professional guidance, strategic insight, education, and decision-support purposes. Payment for a consultation does not guarantee any specific business, financial, technical, career, immigration, legal, or commercial outcome.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, booking, or service, please contact us first at contact@johnadeghe.com so the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
